Our History
In 1982, as a one man proprietorship, the first welder was purchased for repair work and light fabrication. By 1985 the business had up-sized and incorporated as two brothers formed a partnership in structural steel fab and production manufacturing. A second up-size in 1992 then lead to a third move and up-size in 1998. This final move and current location along the Ohio River in Ambridge PA, to the birthplace of The American Bridge Div USS in the year 1901. That 80 plus year history brings ready access to rail and barge for efficient logistics.
